Presidents’ Daylight is regarded as an American holiday that falls on the third Monday of February. It is a day to honor previous American presidents. The Presidents Day holiday been a day of honor for both Lincoln and Washington.
Even though it is an annual holiday of the United States, many states don’t observe it. Some states celebrate the birthdays of both presidents on the same day, but others only honor only one. But Presidents’ Day is widely recognized as an opportunity to recognize all U.S. presidentials, particularly Lincoln.
It has had a complex story. Washington’s Birthday used to be the name used for the day of celebration. Now, it is known as Presidents Day.
